Kick ‘em out!

Second shot was taken in Nagala and it was a candid shot. Look the guy who is kicked is in the air. Both the shots, the timing were the factor. Many more timing shots are coming. Thanks to Ravi for lending his camera to flick this shot!

Fly high

Timing, this is very important in any photography and plays a massive role in candid pictures. The first shot was Peter standing upright and Guru flying over him.

The monk who sold his Ferrari

The picture is shot at Tirupathi and the model is my French friend Jean. He shaved his head in Tirupathi and was posing to someone else on the other side for a picture. I was amused with the light playing on his face and flicked this candid. One of my divine shot :)

One of my favorite shot of my very good friend. I never realized her to take a portrait of her and in very recent times I was asking her to wear the typical saree like dress (pavadae thaavani) to take a picture with Indian essence of homeliness. I felt that very recent. This shot was taken on the way to Tirupathi. She was climbing up on the stairs and I was taking this shot from top angle :) Thanks Bambi!

Taking portraits is an interesting factor. And making them with a theme is more interesting. The reason I like portrait is it is all about people photography according to me J This shot was taken in Nagala on the same location and same model from different angle. I like the hair , running water (slow shutter experiments) and leaves in the frame and the model is relaxing (cooling down)

This picture was taken during the Nagala trek with CTC. Many question me why I still use the S3 IS. The answer I give is this amazing macro shots. And the super macro mode is simply awesome. I love and enjoy taking macro shots once in a while and feel the output is best always when compared to others. I struck with this fly because I was able to get my lens just 3 to 4 cms near to it.

Lying beauty

This was taken in during the Nagala trek with Chennai Trekking Club. The model was my co-trekker. The summer sun was too hot and she wished to cool her head off! The pose was quiet candid, but I felt the face to be turned on other way facing her left hand. I felt the pose like a beauty just lying herself and being herself! Thanks for being my subject Maya!
